Not losing weight eventhough you are exercising? December 3, 2006
Posted by Wen in : Weight Loss , trackbackSo you may be wonder why you are not getting lighter on a weighting machine? Well let me share with you, if you are exercising and training your body regularly, you are actually adding muscle to your body, not fats. Muscles actually weighs heavier than fat, so your weight may not be decreasing eventhough you are exercising to keep yourself trim. You should be happy for that as you are getting healthier you know.
Likewise, even if you are eating healthy food and avoiding high calories food, your weight might not decrease if you eat an over large portion of food a meal. You might be taking in too much a size for your caloric needs. So try to eat a balanced, just enough portion of food a meal.
