From the bottom of my heart, wishing everyone a very happy new year and a great healthy year ahead!

Wow, time flies so fast, we have sent 2006 away and we have ushered in 2007. So with the beginning of a new year, are you planning on a great start to a healthy and energetic lifestyle? If you have not think about it, then take a moment to think and reflect over the past year, are you satisfied with your health? Is there anything you feel needs improvements? Do you feel that you should do something about certain areas to get back a great, healthy lifestyle?

With that in mind, here I wrote a simple poem that I would like to share with everyone:

Happy, laughing, dancing, cheering,
to my body, to my health!
Forward forward, I here declared.
Go on, go on, I wanna be Healthy!

A little of exercise.
A dose of vege.
A punch of dieting.
A joy of relaxing.

Bye bye pain.
Bye bye sickness.
Bye bye fats.
Bye bye medicine.

Happy, laughing, dancing, cheering,
to my body, to my health!
Forward forward, I here declared.
Go on, go on, I wanna be Healthy!

Well, here’s my “Healthy Cheer” poem. Hope it inspires and motivates you to do something for yourself, for your body, for your health. Do stay tune to greenHealth Information, and I will share with you more on the upcoming things you can do to start this year with a healthy start.

To your health!
Happy New Year!
