What we have discovered is that
MUSCLES COULD BE THE MISSING LINK.

Most headaches are the result of unresolved tension in the body, either mental or muscular.

MUSLCE TENSION WE FEEL IS THE MISSING LINK. The headache will quickly disappear once that tension is released.

what we do is an ADD TO, to whatever you are doing already.
there are many tools and we hve to collect our tools to see what will work for us.

We developed self-Help techniques to deal with this.
