He doesn’t eat his rice, vegetables, meat, fruits, or anything else. So what does he eat then? Well, potato chips and chocolates are his “usual” food he eat everyday. Goodness, how can he survive on these junk food?
It is definitely important that children get a well balanced diet. Children really need to eat the right food and avoid eating too much junk food. And the parents are the one that educate the kids on the right diet. (more…)
